This information was reported by representatives of the Traffic Police Department of the Jalal-Abad region.

According to the department, the incident occurred on January 6 near residential high-rise buildings on T. Baizakov Street. One of the local residents contacted the police, stating that his Chevrolet Spark, parked near his home, had been stolen by unknown individuals.

After registering the incident, operational-search activities were initiated. As a result, on January 8, officers of the Manas District Internal Affairs Department managed to detain the suspect—a young man born in 2011, a resident of Manas named M. U. A. He was taken to the investigative operational group for further investigation.

Currently, investigative actions are underway.
