Yesterday, January 6, an incident occurred in Manas where a group of young people was rocking an SUV and sticking their heads out of the hatch while it was in motion, reported the Department of Road Safety under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Jalal-Abad region.

According to information from law enforcement agencies, this incident was recorded on T. Baizakov Street.

“Inspection officers quickly identified the driver. In accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, an administrative protocol was drawn up, and the driver was fined 15,000 soms. In addition, the vehicle was placed in a towing lot,” the official statement noted.
