A special commission conducted an inspection of the site and found that there is a track for ATVs on its territory, fenced with tires. Auxiliary structures were also recorded, including a container and a garage, which are used for servicing and storing equipment.
According to the ministry, a cable for electricity supply was laid on the land plot designated for agriculture without the necessary permits. At the time of the inspection, the power supply was disconnected. Such actions, as well as the improper use of the land plot, constitute serious violations of the legislation. Furthermore, the facility operates without all the necessary design and permit documents, as stated in the official message.
As a result of the inspection, the owner was issued a written order, and the operation of the facility was suspended until all identified violations are rectified.
