According to the information from the department, the inspection was conducted by a special commission that included representatives from the Chui Regional Department of State Architectural and Construction Control, the regional department of urban planning and architecture, as well as the local aiyl okmotu of Baytik-Baatyr.
During the inspection, it was established that a track for ATVs had been created on the premises, surrounded by car tires. Auxiliary structures were also discovered, such as a container and a garage intended for the storage and maintenance of equipment.
As a result of the inspection, a written order was issued to the owner, and the work of Buggy Drom was suspended until all identified violations are fully rectified. The Ministry noted that monitoring of the situation will continue, and additional measures will be taken as necessary in accordance with the law.
