The Bishkek city administration has announced the return of the Eastern bus station territory to municipal ownership.
Previously, this area was used by the company OsOO "Soyuz Voditeley" for parking cars, but no rent payments were made to the city budget.
Currently, the city administration has already taken the necessary actions to reclaim this territory. The company OsOO "Soyuz Voditeley" provided a guarantee letter for the dismantling of the structures within three days.
At the moment, the area is being cleared of vehicles, and work is underway to dismantle the fences.
In the future, reconstruction of this territory is planned. The Eastern bus station will be adapted for the operation of taxis and minivans that will service routes to the cities of Kemin, Kant, and Tokmok.
As part of the upcoming project, the area will be completely paved, outdoor lighting will be installed, road markings will be made, and necessary road signs will be placed.
