The initiator of this bill was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The main goal of the bill is to create favorable conditions for the development of renewable energy sources, as well as to attract investments by raising the capacity threshold for renewable energy facilities from 30 to 50 MW.
This change will enable the implementation of more efficient, economically sustainable, and technologically advanced projects, which aligns with international standards and the strategic goals of the country in the field of "green" economy and energy security.
