According to the applicant, on December 11, 2025, in Bishkek, in the residential area of Kok-Zhar, he became a victim of a fraudster who introduced himself as A.K. This person gained trust and, under the pretext of assisting in obtaining a driver's license, stole 120,000 soms. Promises to return the money were not fulfilled.
In connection with this situation, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Fraud).
During operational-search activities, officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Bishkek City Police detained the suspect B.M., born in 1998. He was taken to the investigative service, and in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police.
During the investigation, B.M.'s involvement in six cases of fraud was established. Currently, activities are ongoing to identify his possible participation in other similar crimes.
