The approved procedure concerns the temporary suspension of the operation of websites or their pages containing pornographic content in the internet space of Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the government of the country.
The resolution was signed by Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This document was developed as part of the implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding the prohibition of access to websites with pornography.
It should be noted that the aforementioned law was adopted to protect the information security of citizens, including youth, from unacceptable content, as well as to uphold the norms of public morality on the Internet.
The adopted procedure defines the process for identifying and suspending the operation of websites that contain pornographic content in the internet space of Kyrgyzstan.
