A new procedure has been adopted in Kyrgyzstan regarding the restriction and suspension of websites containing pornographic content. The corresponding decree was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
This document is part of the implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic, which prohibits access to resources with elements of pornography in the country's internet space.
The purpose of adopting this law is to ensure information security and protect citizens, especially minors, from unacceptable content, as well as to uphold the norms of public morality online.
The established procedure defines how to identify and suspend the operation of websites with pornographic content in Kyrgyzstan.
