The national digital ecosystem now has an approved Regulation, signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The document aims to implement the Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and establish the legal foundations for the operation of a unified national digital ecosystem, which will ensure data exchange between government structures, local self-government, and citizens, as well as allow for the creation of digital services.
According to the adopted resolution, the certifying center that will issue authentication certificates for security servers and keys for digital signatures has been designated as the state institution "Kyzmat" under the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. This will enable the connection of digital resources of participants to the digital interaction system "Tunduk".
The document also describes the participants of the National Ecosystem, their rights and obligations, the objects included in the system, the procedure for inclusion in the digital registry, as well as the maintenance of this registry. It establishes the data sources processed within the framework of the National Ecosystem, the rules for digital interaction through the "Tunduk" system, as well as the architecture of the State Services Factory. In addition, it regulates the procedure for resolving disputes between participants and user complaints.
