In Kyrgyzstan, the regulation on the National Digital Ecosystem has been approved

According to the press service of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the new document has been developed to implement the country's Digital Code. Its goal is to create a legal framework for a unified nationwide digital ecosystem that facilitates the exchange of digital data between government bodies, local self-governments, as well as legal and physical entities. Additionally, it aims to create digital services based on this data.

The provision also establishes the participants of the National Ecosystem, their rights and obligations, the elements of the ecosystem, and the procedure for their registration in the digital registry. Furthermore, it defines the data sources that will be processed within the ecosystem, as well as the rules for digital interaction through the "Tunduk" system and the architecture of the "State Services Factory." The document also outlines the procedure for resolving disputes between participants and addressing complaints from users of government services.
