On March 3, 2026, a decision was made at the phytosanitary control post "Kyzyl-Kiya," located in Batken and under the Department of Chemicalization, Protection, and Quarantine of Plants of the Ministry of Agriculture, to ban the import of 80,520 seedlings that arrived from Uzbekistan.
