During operational activities, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan detained three foreign nationals who were wanted internationally through Interpol.
A citizen identified as L.S.V., born in 1971, was arrested in Bishkek. He is wanted by law enforcement agencies in Kazakhstan for creating an organized criminal group, fraud, and large-scale theft. The amount of damage caused is 183,600,000 Kazakhstani tenge.
Also, a citizen identified as K.D.M., born in 1980, was detained in Cholpon-Ata, wanted for large-scale fraud. It has been established that he used a Kyrgyzstani passport issued under a different name. The legality of the issuance of this document is being verified by the relevant authorities. The damage he caused amounted to 8,346,000 Russian rubles.
A citizen identified as O.Ch., born in 1986, was arrested in Bishkek. He is internationally wanted on charges of fraud, threats with a weapon, and causing bodily harm, issued by law enforcement agencies in Turkey.
The operational activities were conducted in close cooperation with foreign law enforcement agencies, which confirms the effectiveness of international cooperation in the search for individuals evading justice.
