The developer of this document is the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
According to the draft, it is proposed to repeal the following acts:
- Cabinet resolution No. 155 dated March 22, 2023, "On the procedure for the formation and maintenance of an automated electronic register of factors negatively affecting the economic activities of business entities in the Kyrgyz Republic, and measures to address them";
- Resolution No. 730 dated December 29, 2023, concerning amendments to resolution No. 155;
- Paragraph 3 of resolution No. 792 dated December 25, 2024, "On amendments to certain decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of entrepreneurial activity".
In the explanation to the draft, it is indicated that its preparation is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 24 dated January 31, 2026, "On the establishment of a consortium of institutions supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the Kyrgyz Republic," as well as in accordance with Articles 13 and 17 of the constitutional Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic".
If the resolution is adopted, it will come into effect 7 days after its official publication.
