The head of the Oktobersky District Administration has been appointed Bekzhan Erkinbekovich Niyazov.
According to sources in the capital's mayor's office, he previously worked as the head of the organization and control department in the Oktobersky District Administration.
The appointment was approved by the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, who signed the relevant order.
