Korean company Blue Networks will build 300 charging stations for electric vehicles in Kyrgyzstan

On March 3, the Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Talaybek Ibraev, held a meeting with the CEO of Blue Networks, No Sun Yon.

During the discussion, the parties focused on the current state and future prospects of cooperation in creating infrastructure for electric charging stations, as well as the implementation of modern technologies in the country's energy sector.

By July 2026, Blue Networks plans to install 300 electric charging stations for vehicles throughout Kyrgyzstan. Company representatives noted that 3,500 similar charging stations are already successfully operating in South Korea.

The company also presented developed software designed to manage the charging infrastructure. During the meeting, an agreement was reached to provide the Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan with the necessary access keys and logins.

In addition, the parties expressed a desire to expand cooperation, including projects for the construction of solar power plants and the development of renewable energy sources.

A Memorandum of Understanding for the joint preparation and operation of electric charging stations was signed in August 2024 between JSC "Chakan HPP" and Blue Networks Co., Ltd.

In 2025, a Framework Agreement was signed regarding the opening of a manufacturing facility for the assembly, production, and installation of electric charging stations in Kyrgyzstan.

As part of these agreements, a joint venture, LLC "Revo KJ," was established, and the launch of the electric charging station assembly plant is scheduled for April 2026.
