- In accordance with the decision made on February 27, 2026, under number 138, the Cabinet of Ministers has established a temporary ban on the export of limestone-shell rock beyond the customs zone of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The duration of this ban will last for six months and covers limestone-shell rock that has been extracted or produced in Kyrgyzstan. This applies to both unprocessed and roughly crushed materials, as well as products that are sawn or divided into rectangular and square blocks or slabs (codes TN VED EAEU 2515 11 000 0 and 2515 12 000 0).

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic must notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian Economic Commission no later than three days before the implementation of this resolution.

A similar notification must be sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Executive Committee of the CIS within the same timeframe. Additionally, the State Customs Service and the State Border Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic are required to take measures to prevent the illegal export of these goods.

This resolution also cancels the previous order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated September 3, 2025, No. 553, which introduced a similar ban.

The ban will come into effect seven days after its official publication.
