Former head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs appointed as the first deputy mayor of the city of Manas
Damirbek Davlyanov, born on March 21, 1986, in Osh, holds a higher education degree obtained from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the specialty of "Jurisprudence." Since October 26, 2017, he has been acting as the head of the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs [head of the UBOB SKM of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic]. In 2018, Davlyanov retired from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, becoming a pensioner.
His achievements include titles such as "Honorary Citizen of the City of Bishkek," as well as "Excellence in Police Service" and "Excellence in Criminal Investigation Service." He has also been awarded for his contributions to the fight against organized crime and countering extremism and terrorism.
As reported by Turmush, his predecessor in the position of first deputy mayor, Imanaliev Kubanychbek Baktybekovich, resigned at his own request.
In the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in 2025, Damirbek Davlyanov ran for election in constituency No. 23, which covers the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, where 131,968 voters are registered. The boundaries of the constituency include MTU-201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 208, as well as the entire MTU-206 of the village of Prigorodnoye.
