The Ministry of Economy and Commerce clarifies the situation regarding the Open Joint Stock Company "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic":
The liquidation of the Open Joint Stock Company "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic" took place on February 10, 2026, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic (order of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 1184-k).
As for the domain name TRADECO.KG, which was previously owned by the Open Joint Stock Company "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic," an agreement was signed on October 1, 2024, with the domain name registrar "Asia Info" for the registration of this domain for one year. As a result of the liquidation of the company and the expiration of the contract, further extension of the domain registration was not carried out.
On October 17, 2025, a new contract was signed with the registrar "Asia Info" for the registration of the domain name TRADECO.KG for another entity.
The domain name registrar does not disclose information about the new owner of TRADECO.KG in accordance with legislative confidentiality requirements.
At the moment, the Open Joint Stock Company "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic" does not own the domain name TRADECO.KG, does not carry out any activities through it, and is not responsible for the content of the information posted on this web resource.
