Among the detected violations, the following can be highlighted:
- 9-story residential complex at N. Kopernika St., 26/1,
- 14-story residential building at J. Baatyr St., 50a.
“At the specified construction sites, violations of construction norms and rules concerning the organization of construction production, as well as the norms of the Law on Urban Planning and Architecture, were recorded,” the agency added.
In addition, a unified object passport was not presented, and safety requirements were not adhered to,” the Ministry clarified.
As a result of the inspection, a report was drawn up for the construction company, and an order was issued to eliminate all identified violations. Additionally, the company was fined 400,000 soms.

The construction company OsOO "Pamir Stroy" is performing the contract at the facility of the residential complex "Svetly" at N. Kopernika St., 26/1, with OsOO ATA STROY acting as the project customer, and OsOO "Renn Magna Bayzis" handling the design.
As for the residential complex "Siren," located at J. Baatyr St., 50a, both the customer and contractor are OsOO "Partner R-Group", while the design is being carried out by OsOO "Partner Project."
