The main parameters of the special financial and investment territory "Tamchy" include:
• By 2035, phased construction of modern offices, residential complexes, and facilities for tourists is planned, with a total area of over 470,000 square meters. The territory will be divided into business, logistics, and recreational zones.
• An independent international dispute resolution center will operate to protect business interests, functioning based on English law.
• Residents of this zone will be able to enjoy tax benefits for up to 49 years. Free movement of capital, a flexible currency regime, and the possibility of full foreign participation in business are also provided.
• Infrastructure is planned to be created on an area of more than 100 hectares, capable of accommodating up to 90,000 tourists per year by 2035.
