The canceled orders defined the procedure for appointing the authorized representative and his deputy from Kyrgyzstan to the Council of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and the Council of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD).
Previously:
- The Minister of Finance of the Republic was appointed as the authorized representative of Kyrgyzstan in the specified councils;
- The Deputy Minister of Finance, responsible for the external block, became his deputy;
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was granted the authority to officially notify the EDB and EFSD about these appointments.
All the aforementioned provisions have lost their force as no new procedure has been established or new representatives appointed.

1. Appoint:
- the Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic as the Authorized Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Council of the Eurasian Development Bank and the Council of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development;
- the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (overseeing the external block) as the Deputy Authorized Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Council of the Eurasian Development Bank.

2. Recognize the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated April 1, 2021, No. 79-r as having lost its force.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic shall notify the Eurasian Development Bank and the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development of the appointments specified in paragraph 1 of this order in the established manner.

According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Membership of the Kyrgyz Republic in International Financial Organizations":
Make the following amendment to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic order dated January 27, 2022, No. 33-r:
1. In the third paragraph of paragraph 1, replace the words "Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce" with "Deputy Minister of Finance".
2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic shall notify the Eurasian Development Bank and the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development of the appointment of the representative specified in paragraph 1 of this order in the established manner.
3. The control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Department for Monitoring the Implementation of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
