“We have installed cameras monitored by an operator. He also ensures that there are no issues with wires or other violations. The issue of safety is under constant control,” Askeev noted.
According to him, the charging process is fully automated and is carried out using the Charge24 mobile application, which is designed for billing and software management.
“Charging is based on data from the application. The driver enters the amount they want to charge the car for, connects it, and the process proceeds automatically. Payment is also made through this application,” he added.
Askeev clarified that access to the charging station without using the application is impossible. “It cannot be that someone just walks up and connects. Everything is linked to the operation of the program,” he emphasized.
The company noted that currently, no serious problems have been recorded in the operation of the charging stations.
