According to the new conditions, for a period of one year, operations related to the supply and import of potatoes and onions produced by agricultural producers operating in the territory of Kyrgyzstan are exempt from value-added tax.
This tax benefit applies to products classified under certain commodity codes of the Customs Union and is implemented through a zero VAT rate for both domestic supplies and imports.
At the same time, the document removes previously existing provisions regarding the application of tax benefits and the zero VAT rate to certain imported goods.
The new measures will come into effect seven days after the official publication of the resolution.
