The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, in a recent interview with the Kabar agency, commented on the decision of Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu to resign from the position of speaker of the parliament. This statement by the former speaker came against the backdrop of an appeal from a group of 75 people, which some believe may have influenced his decision.

Japarov emphasized that he cannot assert a direct connection between these events, but did not rule out that various circumstances could have affected Turgunbek uulu's choice. In particular, he suggested that the former speaker might have been influenced by these people or their organizers. "Perhaps he realized his mistakes and felt responsible for the emergence of disagreements among the deputies," the president added.

We remind you that on February 12, Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu submitted his resignation of his own accord.
