During an interview with journalists, Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Marlen Mamataliyev emphasized that the president is the key figure making decisions that must be executed by both citizens and public servants.
“In our country, there is a president, and his instructions must be followed. Every public servant, in their position, understands the hierarchy of power: just as a soldier obeys a general, public servants act in accordance with established rules,” noted Mamataliyev.
