According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the powers of Adilet Vitalievna Jumayeva have been terminated, and Talant Amanov has been temporarily appointed as the chairman of the board.
These decisions were made by the sole shareholder, who is the Minister of the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovations, Azamat Jamangulov (decisions No. 1 dated February 4, 2026, and No. 2 dated February 6, 2026). It should be noted that these individuals do not hold shares in the company's authorized capital.
According to the official statement from JSC, Talant Amanov previously held the position of a board member responsible for the IT block.
