
Currently, the institution is actively working on improving the production process within the allocated budget of 97.8 million soms. Contracts have been signed in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Procurement," modern equipment that meets international standards is being supplied, and staff training is being conducted.
In 2025, 123.0 million soms were allocated for the financing of the institution's activities, which is 10% more than in 2024 (111.8 million soms). This increase has allowed for an expansion in the number of service recipients and the implementation of new technologies in the field of prosthetics.
Additionally, new models of orthopedic shoes and prosthetics for upper and lower limbs have been developed, taking into account the individual needs of patients. For the first time, modern active prosthetics "Kibi" and bionic prosthetics "Indi" from the company "Motorika" were manufactured for children.
From 2023 to 2025, 34 children received "Kibi" and "Indi" hand prosthetics, with 76% of them being funded from the republican budget.
Also, within the framework of a cooperation memorandum with the "FabLab" laboratory from South Korea, electronic hand prosthetics were manufactured and provided to two adult citizens in Bishkek.
