A dangerous incident was captured on video shared on social media, showing a truck entering the oncoming lane, posing a threat to the safety of an oncoming vehicle.
In response to this incident, employees of the Main Department for Ensuring Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan began active search actions.
As a result of the investigation, it was established that the incident occurred on the Bishkek – Naryn – Torugart highway. The driver of the truck was identified and held accountable for violating overtaking and maneuvering rules by entering the oncoming lane. According to paragraph 5 of Article 188 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was fined 15,000 soms. Additionally, explanatory work was conducted with the driver.
