The construction is being carried out by the company OsOO "HUA RUI" as part of an investment agreement. The total cost of this project is 10 million US dollars, and the completion of construction and commissioning are scheduled for April 2026.
The plant, using modern Chinese technologies, will be capable of producing from 500 to 1500 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks daily, which amounts to up to 200 thousand cubic meters per year. This will not only provide the domestic market with quality building materials but will also help reduce dependence on imported supplies, as noted by the Ministry of Construction.
At the moment, the main production buildings are completed, and work is ongoing on the installation of equipment. The next stage includes commissioning works, training specialists, and final preparations of the plant for operation.
