A large factory worth $10 million will be launched in the Chui region.
In the Chui region, the launch of a new aerated concrete plant is expected in April, with investments amounting to $10 million. This was announced in a statement from the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Minister Nurdana Oruntaev visited the construction site of the plant in the Issyk-Ata district, where he familiarized himself with the ongoing work.
During his visit, he inspected both the production facilities and the installed equipment. Oruntaev noted that the ministry is ready to provide the necessary support for the successful implementation of the project within the established timeframe.
The construction is being carried out by the company OsOO "Hua Rui" under an investment agreement, and the total cost of the project is $10 million. The plant is expected to be ready for operation in April of this year.
Modern technologies from China will be used at the new plant, allowing for the production of 500 to 1500 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks daily. This will help meet the domestic market's demand for affordable and quality building materials, as well as reduce dependence on imports.
Additionally, the project will provide new jobs in the region and accelerate the construction of housing and infrastructure projects across the country.
The ministry added that the main production buildings have already been constructed, and equipment installation is currently underway. The next step is to conduct commissioning work and train staff.
