The plant, intended for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, is being built in the rural area of Kochkorbaev. The project is being implemented by the company OsOO "HUA RUI" under an investment agreement with a total cost of $10 million. The plant is expected to start operating in April 2026.
According to information from the Ministry of Construction, the new enterprise will have the capacity to produce from 500 to 1500 cubic meters of aerated concrete blocks per day, which will amount to up to 200,000 cubic meters per year.
Currently, the construction of the main production facilities has been completed, and the installation of equipment is ongoing. The next phase includes commissioning works, as well as training specialists and preparing for the plant's launch.
