Employees of the Batken Regional Office of State Architectural and Construction Control conducted an inspection at the construction site of a seven-story residential building located on Lenin Street in Kyzyl-Kiya. As a result of this inspection, significant violations in the field of technical safety were identified, which were subsequently reported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services.
During the inspection, a report was drawn up against the company LLC "Golden Square," which is engaged in work at this site, in accordance with the Code of Offenses. As a result, the firm was fined 200,000 soms and received an official warning requiring the immediate rectification of all identified violations.
Inspections at the construction site are ongoing.
The Ministry urged all participants in the construction industry to strictly adhere to established norms, standards, and legal requirements, emphasizing that control over compliance with rules in this area will be strengthened.
