In Bekeshev's opinion, it is necessary to revise the existing rules to alleviate this situation. He proposed allowing temporary entry for Kyrgyz citizens in such cars for a period of up to one month.
Additionally, the deputy put forward an initiative for the temporary registration of vehicles with foreign license plates to be carried out directly at customs. He also appealed to the authorities to allow people to retrieve their cars registered in Russia from impound lots.
“There is a need for additional legalization of vehicles, as not all owners of cars with Armenian and Abkhazian plates have managed to complete the legalization process,” he emphasized.
