While discussing the draft law, Cabinet members expressed their support following the speech by the Minister of Energy, Taalaibek Ibraev. Additionally, the meeting reviewed the results of the implementation of the Cabinet of Ministers' action plan for 2025, as reported by the head of the Department of Political and Economic Research of the President's Administration, Nurbek Tashbekov.
Results from the work of ministries, state agencies, and the mayors of Bishkek and Osh were also considered in the context of fulfilling the tasks set by the Cabinet of Ministers. Despite the successes noted in some areas, disciplinary measures will be taken against some heads of departments.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Cabinet emphasized that a new methodology for assessing the implementation of the Action Plan has been approved, which is applied annually. "Among the positive results of the work, there are also issues that remain unresolved for objective and subjective reasons. Our task is not only to evaluate the work of government bodies but also to ensure high and complete implementation of the National Development Program of the country through the execution of the Cabinet of Ministers' Action Plan. Strong executive discipline will allow us to accelerate socio-economic development and improve the well-being of our people," noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.
As part of the implementation of the Action Plan for 2025, numerous major events have been held. The evaluation of the work of government bodies was carried out based on 292 activities, during which monitoring and analysis of activity in areas such as industry, agro-industrial complex, transport, energy, digitalization, investments, construction, and the social sphere were conducted.
