The initiator of this draft law was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Benazir Nurlanova, presented information on this issue.
She emphasized that the aim of the draft law is to improve the legislation regarding credit information, as well as to create more favorable conditions for increasing financial inclusion. This, in turn, should provide citizens and entrepreneurs with better access to credit resources.
In particular, it is proposed to reduce the storage periods for credit information, which will simplify the process of obtaining loans for borrowers, reduce the burden on the banking system, and contribute to the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
