As a result, it was established that 3,472 officials failed to comply with the requirements for submitting declarations, which is a violation of established legislation.
This information was collected as part of an inspection of compliance with the norms for submitting a unified tax declaration, covering income, expenses, liabilities, and property, conducted by the prosecutor's office in 2025.
Based on the results of the inspection, judicial proceedings were initiated under Article 438 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Fines were imposed on 2,882 officials, with a total amount of 13 million 674 thousand soms.
Currently, materials on the remaining cases are in the process of judicial review.
