In Bishkek, employees of the Main Internal Affairs Department arrested a suspect linked to a series of large-scale frauds, reported the press service of the capital's administration.

On January 15, 2026, a representative of a company known as OsOO S.A. filed a complaint with the Sverdlovsk Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek, requesting action against citizen A.A.

According to the case materials, on January 9, 2026, the fraudster E.B. deceitfully obtained the sum of 4,000 US dollars by offering cargo delivery services from Khorgos to Moscow and then to Belgorod.

However, he changed the route, entering Kyrgyzstan through the "Dunlarova" border checkpoint, and used four vehicles at his discretion, spending the money on personal needs.

Based on these events, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (fraud in a particularly large amount).

As a result of operational measures, employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Bishkek Main Internal Affairs Department detained the suspect A.A., born in 1988. He was placed in a temporary detention facility and transferred to the jurisdiction of the Sverdlovsk district investigation service.

The Sverdlovsk District Court chose a preventive measure in the form of arrest with detention in pre-trial detention center No. 1 until the investigation is completed.

The four vehicles that the suspect did not manage to sell were found and seized, and they are currently at a specialized parking lot. It has also been established that he may be involved in a number of other similar crimes.

Currently, all necessary investigative actions regarding this case are ongoing.
