According to the information, on January 15, a representative of one of the companies approached the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department. In his statement, he indicated that on January 9, the suspect took possession of 4 thousand dollars, exploiting the trust of the organization's employees under the pretext of delivering cars along the route Khorgos — Moscow — Belgorod.
During the investigation, it was established that the man violated the specified route, crossed the border of Kyrgyzstan through the Dunlarov border post, and disposed of the four cars at his discretion, spending the money received on personal needs.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud on a particularly large scale" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational actions, a citizen born in 1988 was detained. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, and by the decision of the Sverdlovsk District Court, he is in custody in pre-trial detention center No. 1 until the investigation is completed.
It is also reported that four cars, which the suspect did not manage to sell, were found and seized, and they have been placed in a specialized impound lot. His involvement in other similar crimes has been established.
