At the GNS, issues of cashless payments were discussed with the participation of banks, the NBKR, and relevant government agencies.
Deputy Chairmen of the STS, such as Azat Almanbetov and Kubanychbek Isabekov, as well as representatives from various organizations, including the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Anti-Monopoly Regulation Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Interbank Processing Center, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan, participated in this event.
The meeting focused on the practical aspects of using cashless payments by entrepreneurs, including methods such as QR codes and electronic wallets. Participants discussed the issues that have arisen regarding the acceptance of cashless payments, as well as questions concerning the convenience, transparency, and security of these transactions.
Particular attention was paid to issues related to payment instruments registered for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities. The STS emphasized that resolving these issues falls within the competence of banks and specialized organizations.
Additionally, among the topics discussed were issues related to the acceleration of fund transfers, tariff policies, as well as technical and organizational aspects affecting the daily operations of businesses.
At the end of the meeting, participants expressed their readiness for further cooperation aimed at developing cashless payments and improving conditions for doing business.
