The fact of violation of the contract conditions was revealed during an inspection conducted by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB KR). An audit by the Ministry of Finance confirmed the presence of significant financial losses for the state.
As a result of the investigation, full compensation for damages was achieved from the LLC, and currently, the GKNB KR continues to carry out operational-search activities aimed at identifying officials of the Ministry of Defense involved in this corruption scheme.
