According to information from the center, during the issuance of permits, documents containing false information were submitted, in particular, there was a lack of information about actual cooperation with employers or foreign intermediaries in Turkey.
“These actions contradict the requirements of subparagraph 1 of paragraph 29 of the specified rules, according to which the provision of false information is grounds for the suspension of the permit,” the Employment Center explained.
As a result of the identified violations and in accordance with current regulations, permits for the following companies have been temporarily suspended:
- LLC "Golden Work & Travel";
- LLC "Iris Travel";
- LLC "Ramai-Sayakat";
- LLC "Aska-Travel".
The suspension will remain in effect until the companies rectify the identified violations in the established manner.
Following the inspection, reports on violations were compiled for the mentioned companies.
Based on these reports, the companies will receive notifications indicating the violations and deadlines for their rectification in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Employment Center reminds that providing false data when obtaining a permit, as well as non-compliance with the norms of legislation in the field of labor migration, entails liability, including the suspension or cancellation of permits.
It will continue its work in monitoring the activities of senders in order to protect the rights of citizens of Kyrgyzstan going abroad for work.
