During the investigation, it was established that citizen I.A. attempted to leave the moving vehicle while being taken to the narcological department, but was stopped by a police officer. He exhibited aggression, used foul language, and applied physical force, resulting in injuries to the officer and damage to his uniform.

A narcological examination confirmed that I.A. was under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the incident, the police officer was diagnosed with a closed traumatic brain injury and a concussion, and a forensic medical examination was ordered.

Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Citizen I.A., born in 1993, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.

The investigation also revealed that this driver had repeatedly violated traffic rules. In particular, on February 18, 2022, while driving a "Toyota Land Cruiser 100," he hit two schoolgirls in the village of Sokuluk and fled the scene. Both victims sustained serious injuries. Criminal cases were initiated regarding this incident under Articles 312 (Violation of Traffic Safety Rules) and 144 (Leaving in Danger) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which have already been sent to court.

The investigation is ongoing.
