
During the meeting, the possibilities for implementing various investment and infrastructure projects in Kyrgyzstan were discussed. The main focus was on aspects such as the construction and modernization of transport infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and railways, as well as the development of energy facilities and utility systems. Additionally, projects in the real estate sector and comprehensive urban development were addressed, along with the implementation of "green" and digital technologies.
Representatives of CSCEC shared their international experience, including participation in the "Belt and Road" initiative, and discussed various formats of cooperation with the Kyrgyz side, such as public-private partnerships (PPP), BOT, and EPC.
The CSCEC delegation was headed by Tian Qian, General Director of the Infrastructure Construction Division and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zhongjiang Infrastructure Construction and Development LLC.
Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized that Kyrgyzstan is interested in attracting strategic partners for the implementation of infrastructure projects, the introduction of modern technologies, and the improvement of infrastructure quality.
The first meeting between the parties took place in Beijing during the visit of the Kyrgyz delegation, and the current meeting of CSCEC representatives in Kyrgyzstan is a continuation of previously reached agreements.
As a result of the negotiations, the parties expressed their readiness to develop long-term investment cooperation and work on specific projects.
