From the beginning of 2026, 319 thousand tons of grain have been exported from the Altai Territory of the Russian Federation to several countries, including Kyrgyzstan.
In this year, the largest volumes were wheat — 137 thousand tons, soybeans — 50 thousand tons, buckwheat — 24 thousand tons, and barley — 23 thousand tons. Peas, lentils, and oats were also exported.
Products from the Altai Territory were sent to 29 countries around the world. Among the main importing countries of Altai grain products in 2026, Kazakhstan stands out with 163 thousand tons, China with 69 thousand tons, and Kyrgyzstan with 27 thousand tons.
Before shipment, all exported products underwent phytosanitary control and comply with the standards of the importing countries.
