The tariff structure will be divided into eight key categories:
- For low-income families receiving the "Үй-бүлөгө көмөк" assistance, the tariff for 700 kilowatt-hours will remain unchanged at 50 tyiyn.
- Residents of high-altitude areas will not be limited in their use of 700 kilowatt-hours, and their tariff will be 1 som 64 tyiyn, which is an increase of 27 tyiyn compared to the previous rate.
- General population category: for consumption up to 700 kilowatt-hours, the tariff will also be 1 som 64 tyiyn (an increase of 27 tyiyn). For consumption exceeding 700 kilowatt-hours, the cost will be 2 som 94 tyiyn (an increase of 34 tyiyn).
- Social and public consumers, including pumping stations, religious institutions, boarding schools, and others, will pay 2 som 96 tyiyn (an increase of 34 tyiyn).
- Industrial users will pay 3 som 65 tyiyn.
- Budgetary organizations will pay 4 som 62 tyiyn.
- Commercial consumers, such as banks, cafes, and restaurants, can expect a tariff of 4 som 33 tyiyn.
- For energy-intensive industries, such as mining and the alcoholic beverage industry, the tariff will be 6 som 84 tyiyn.
