The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry has announced the launch of a pilot project aimed at developing meat clusters in Bishkek and the Chui region.
According to information from the ministry, the project covers the entire production process — from livestock fattening to processing and selling finished products.
Farmers will be provided with preferential loans at an interest rate of 3% per annum, with a term of up to five years and a grace period of up to one year.
The total funding for this project will amount to 1.5 billion soms. Implementation will be carried out through OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and OJSC "Eldik Bank."
