As part of this decision, the state IT company "Tündük" will increase the number of circulating shares by 300,000, with the nominal value of each new share set at 1,000 soms. Thus, the total nominal value of the issuance will reach 300 million soms.

The personnel changes were approved by the sole shareholder, Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies Azamat Jamangulov.
