
During the visit, negotiations were held with the leadership of leading international financial centers, such as Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The main topics of discussion included the creation of an independent regulatory environment, the operation of specialized financial courts, and attracting international investments.

Sydykov also met with Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, during which the possibilities for expanding economic and investment cooperation between the two countries were discussed.
This working visit allowed for a detailed study of international experience, which will be used for the further development of the special financial investment territory "Tamchi".
- Established in 2025 on Lake Issyk-Kul, the Special Financial Investment Territory (SFIT) "Tamchi" will have a unique legal, tax, and currency regime. It aims to attract foreign investments in the fields of digital assets, financial services, and tourism. Residents of this zone will be exempt from most taxes for a period of up to 49 years.
