The area of the new terminal is 26,000 square meters and includes six construction blocks: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. Construction began on April 25, 2025, and about 120 workers are employed at the site.
As of February 26:
the monolithic works are 95% complete.
the installation of engineering communications in the basement, including power supply, ventilation, drainage, and fire-fighting water supply systems, is 80% complete.
Work on the first floor has been temporarily halted due to the need for changes to the project documentation.
